The honey in this chocolate has earthy, herby flavours, coming from the forest where the bees gather nectar for Naïve’s biodynamic apiary. But the chocolate itself has a floral sweetness and light acidity – the perfect combination.

Domantas Užpalis makes bean-to-bar chocolate in a small town in Eastern Lithuania. He strives to make chocolate that reveals the character of a particular cocoa bean, and is passionate about sourcing the highest quality beans through direct trade with cocoa farmers.
