Founded in 2010, Chocolate Naive quickly made a name for themselves in the bean to bar chocolate world with great design, marketing, and chocolate to match.
Domantas Užpalis makes bean-to-bar chocolate in a small town in Eastern Lithuania. He strives to make chocolate that reveals the character of a particular cocoa bean, and is passionate about sourcing the highest quality beans through direct trade with cocoa farmers.
As well as the usual process of roasting, grinding and conching, Chocolate Naive bars are aged - allowing them to mature and develop a complex array of flavours. See more
