Cravve chocolate was established by Peter Mengler in 1999 to bring single origin chocolate to the Australian cafe scene. Their farm in the beautiful Tallebudgera Valley of Queensland provides a year-round source of indigenous fruits, such as Davidson plum, finger limes, and lemon myrtle for use in their chocolate products.
Cravve chocolate focus on using cacao beans of the Asia-Pacific Basin, sourced from small lot farmers with the returns going direct to their bank accounts. See more
