We don’t see many Mexican cacao bars and very few of them are made with milk. We had to try this. Made with a little sunflower lecithin and vanilla, it is sweet but the spicy aroma has been softened by the milk, at the finish there are notes of brownie & raspberry jam.
Chocolate Story is Poland’s only bean to bar chocolate maker. Krzysztof Stypułkowski and Tomek Sienkiewicz abandoned corporate jobs to live their dreams and in 2009 started Manufaktura Czekolady.
