Pascati is one of the few craft chocolate makers in India. Devansh Ashar started making in 2015 after doing an online course with Ecole Chocolat. He quickly realised he loved making chocolate and decided to keep expanding. With his wife he has built Pascati into one of the biggest craft chocolate makers in India, sourcing from around 200 different farmers but maintaining a focus on fairness and quality. In 2019 they become India's first USDA Organic certified & Fair-trade compliant chocolate. See more
