”We have spent years perfecting our traditional Panettone in the bakery.  It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals as is this seasonal chocolate bar, made with Grenadan cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate.”

Ingredients – cocoa beans, organic cocoa butter, cane sugar, flour (wheat), butter, egg yolk, malt extract, honey, salt, panettone natural essence, vanilla paste, Armagnac, candied orange peel, almonds, sugar crystals. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

Pump Street Bakery was founded in 2010 by father and daughter team Chris and Joanna Brennan. It remains a small, family owned bakery and cafe in the town of Orford, on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast.
