This chocolate is made by aging Tanzanian cacao nibs in empty Berkshire Mountain Distilling bourbon barrels for 4 weeks to soak up the essence of bourbon stored in the oak. The nibs are then made into a deliciously deep dark chocolate with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
