This organic milk chocolate is made with Solomon Islands cacao, Waikato organic milk powder, Fair Trade raw sugar and cocoa butter. Mike describes it as a “caramel, creamy milk chocolate with a kick of darkness”.
Mike Renfre worked with chocolate for many years as a Chef and Food Technologist. Eventually the beauty of the craft chocolate equation (see quote below) took hold. When he moved to Raglan he knew it was time to give chocolate making a go - we're glad he did.
