Raven chocolate believe in using minimal ingredients to make their vegan chocolate without compromising flavour. They strive to produce a luxury product which is both unique and healthy.
They started experimenting with chocolate in 2015, and now have a small factory in Glasgow, Scotland. It is here that they grind and conch their chocolate for 3-4 days, and then allow it to age for at least a month. This means the flavours are fully developed when they come to temper their chocolate bars, truffles and infamous hazelnut clusters. See more
