A batch made almost entirely for Bean Bar You subscribers. We’re so excited about the wonderful cacao beans being imported into Australia by The Cocoa Provider – it is creating new opportunities for Australia’s chocolate makers to experiment and make special edition bars. Two Lost Pilots are embracing this – they realised our monthly subscirption is a brilliant way to showcase both their ability to craft something with new beans for an audience who will appreciate the uniqueness of the cacao and opportunity. We aren’t big enought to make it a Bean Bar You “exclusive” though maybe you’ll see some of these in the future.

In 2020 the world's air traffic ground to a halt - Pilots all over the world found themselves at home and weren't strapped in... anything could happen! We are delighted that Brett and Brad landed home in WA and decided to spend their time making chocolate. We tasted some of their first bars and knew that this was going to be something more than a lockdown entertainment. Less than a year later we're excited to share them with our subscribers - it's a flying start and we're excited for the future. With open boarders they have an unfair distribution advantage....We're pretty sure Two Lost Pilots will be found all around the globe! See more
