This artistic white chocolate is more creamy than sweet. It reminds us of a Crème Brulé. The cacao butter is sourced from Cacaolife in Huanuco and San Martin, Peru where cacao is hydraulically pressed to extract the oils.

Alice and Dan were introduced to the world of craft chocolate whilst working in the coffee industry. When the lockdowns of 2019 hit, they started experimenting with making their own chocolate in their free time.
