This artistic white chocolate is more creamy than sweet. It reminds us of a Crème Brulé. The cacao butter is sourced from Cacaolife in Huanuco and San Martin, Peru where cacao is hydraulically pressed to extract the oils.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, milk powder, organic cocoa butter
This bar has a best before date (MAR 2026) – it will still be great to enjoy but could start to loose it’s temper.

Alice and Dan were introduced to the world of craft chocolate whilst working in the coffee industry. When the lockdowns of 2019 hit, they started experimenting with making their own chocolate in their free time. Their home in Silver St, St Peters, being the birthplace of their chocolate was a fitting name for brand.

Fair pricing which supports farmers to improve their lives and local community + make even better cacao is one key aspect of this relationship.
