This well-balanced bar has notes of sour cherry, rose & black tea in both the flavour and the aroma. The beans come from smallhold farmers in Tanzania, where over 99% of cocoa is grown organically.
Yoon Kim first tasted craft chocolate 18 months ago, and was so blown away she had to start making her own. Having undertaken a fashion design degree and worked as a chef, she brings creativity and a dedication to good flavour to her chocolates. She has set up Smooth Chocolator as a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Geelong, using ethically sourced and transparently traded beans.Despite winning international awards, her chocolate is better known overseas than in Australia, so we are delighted to be helping Australians discover this local treasure!!!
