For those that love a fresh coconut treat. This bar is made with vanilla beans and will take your imagination straight to the beach.

“Snap, crackle, crunch! Our Vanilla Mylk Crunch bar is kind of like a solid vanilla-choc milkshake, without the dairy. It pairs our 50% Mylk chocolate with the crunch of cacao nibs, roasted to bring out their full flavour. This takes the cacao content to around 60%. It’s finished with Manus Island vanilla beans, steeped in our house-made coconut mylk. Subtle vanilla notes, with the nibs leading it down a rambling flavour path to nutty, malty cereal, with hints of banana.”

Ingredients: Organic cacao nibs, organic coconut, organic raw sugar, undeodorised cacao, cacao butter, organic vanilla bean.

This social enterprise is a perfect combination of passions from two sides of chocolate world. Jessica Piedmont has been working with chocolate for nearly 20 years (aka the Chocolate Artisan) combined with Brian Atkin who imports cacao beans from the Solomon Islands (Makira Gold). They have met in the middle making chocolate with Solomon Islands Cacao. For both of them this project is a passion project, driving a sustainable and valuable economy to the people of the Solomon's. We love the custom designed mould and can't wait to visit the newly opened store as soon as we're all allowed out of the house. See more
