We haven’t seen many Honduras chocolate bars in Australia but this is one you’ll definitely want to check out. Made with the famous wood fire roaster, the beans from the Cafel Coop in the Copan Ruinas region are delicately toasted. There’s no hint of wood smoke which is in a way disappointing but makes it even more intriguing. The custom mould is an artistic representation of this special process. The elegant “made in Australia” wax seals the wonderful experience.
