The newest single origin dark bar to join the Zokoko line up. It is made with cacao sourced directly from the Kilombero district of Tanzania. It’s a unique mix of Criollo, some Nacional, and a small amount of Forastero. Do you notice notes of raisin, plums or panela?
Since 2009, Michelle Morgan has set the bar high for the standard of Australian chocolate. Named Favourite Chocolate in The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2012, the award is very well deserved. The beans come from sustainable farms. Michelle collaborates closely with pacific cacao framers to improve their processes so we can enjoy better chocolate. Beans are gently roasted in a Barth Sirocco ball roaster then ground in a vintage Lehmann melangeur and other machines. The end result is packaged in their custom made (award winning) box. See more
