September means Spring in Australia and what better way to jump right in than with another box of bean to bar chocolate.
This month we’re featuring two of New Zealand’s chocolate makers, Flint Chocolate (Auckland) and Baron Hasselhoff’s (Wellington). Elegant clean and creamy dark chocolate from Flint vs. 4 of the most amazing flavoured chocolates from the Baron (run + donuts, coffee + croissant, oats + tahini, spicy nuts)!
We are over the moon to have the full collection of Vancouver’s Kasama chocolate. We met these guys when we lived in Vancouver for a few months and we’re so excited (and not surprised) to see them growing, opening their first shop and making more amazing chocolate bars!
Our feature Australian chocolate this month is Two Lost Pilots (Perth). With the flights grinding to a haul last year, these guys turned to making chocolate. They’ve done their homework and it’s paying off – another brilliant craft chocolate maker to add to Australia’s thriving scene!
