As winter well and truly arrived, we warmed the souls of Australia with a spectacular collection of bars from around the world. This month we let the beans do all the singing (almost no inclusions). And what a beautiful chorus of cacao it was!
We have three new chocolate makers joining our
collection. Darkroom Chocolate (London, UK),
Svenska Kakao (Skåne-Tranås, SE).
The third (for milk/dark subscribers) was Utopick (València, ES). Mixed/vegan subscribers are this enjoying a new bar from legends, Land Chocolate (London, UK). Our Australian maker this month was Silver Street Chocolate (Sydney, NSW), they’ve landed some new bars this year and couldn’t resist sharing them everyone!
