Mike Sweetman and Natalie Stringer launched Darkroom Chocolate in 2023. Blown away by the flavours found in bean to bar chocolate, they decided to put their skills to work finding fabulous cacao beans and turning them into exceptional two-ingredient chocolate.
In the small town of North Walsham, North-East of Norwich, they opened their factory and immediately found loyal fans all over the Norwich region. Focusing on lesser known cacao beans, they’ve developed an interesting range of bars. We’re excited to share a taste of the Darkroom with you.
