We can’t quite believe it but we think this is the first every Fiji bar we’ve had in the Bean Bar You collection. This 74% cacao single origin dark chocolate is made with Matasawalevu beans grown on the island of Vanua Levu (about 90mins north of where Australian Survivor was filmed). This bar is made with the 2019 harvest and has tasting notes of: fudge, caramel, molasses on a nice solid chocolate background.

Brian and Lan loved food and cooking and decided one day they should try and make chocolate in their little kitchen. They were hooked! What began as a fun experiment quickly became a popular treat with friends and soon they found themselves needing to make more and more to keep up with demand.
