One of Chocolate Story’s Grand Cru bars. We wish more people made bars with Colombian beans like these. Look for notes of dried grapes and fruit, which evolve into a rich taste of chocolate, ending with a hint of delicate tobacco.
Chocolate Story is Poland’s only bean to bar chocolate maker. Krzysztof Stypułkowski and Tomek Sienkiewicz abandoned corporate jobs to live their dreams and in 2009 started Manufaktura Czekolady.
