This is a bar you won’t ever forget. A 52% dark milk chocolate filled with pieces of crispy bread. The Arabian “Rgag’ bread is thin and crunchy and Kathy describes it as and “addictive element” (though to be honest we find all her bars impossible to put down).
Kathy Johnston and small group of like-minded colleagues set out to make the first bean to bar chocolate in Dubai. They are passionate about wanting the best quality chocolate, and spent over 2 years in the planning. The packaging and bars have captured the worlds attention at Chocolate festivals and by word of mouth and on social media.
Their story follows the ancient maritime Spice Route - their cocoa beans and spice ingredients come from plantations dotted along the spice route, to Dubai, which itself has grown from being a trading port and spice souk. See more
