Zokoko – Easter Egg Bar


If you had not noticed, the Zokoko legends are churning out a whole new range of flavoured bars. They’ve hit easter for 6 this year. With Eggs, bunnies and now this “egg bar”. This is sure to be very popular with anyone who loves milk chocolate and would enjoy something special this Easter.

“Our Easter egg bar is crafted with our spiced milk chocolate and topped with caramelised white chocolate mini eggs, raisins and orange peel. Using 100% sustainably sourced cacao, our spiced milk chocolate is made with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.”

Ingredients: Spiced milk chocolate 40% (organic sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa nibs, milk powder, panela, emulsifier (sun flower lecithin), mixed spice (cinnamon, coriander, allspice, ginger, nutmeg,) vanilla), caramelised white chocolate 40% (cocoa butter, milk powder, organic sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), Vanilla), raisins, orange peel.

Since 2009, Michelle Morgan has set the bar high for the standard of Australian chocolate. Named Favourite Chocolate in The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2012, the award is very well deserved. The beans come from sustainable farms. Michelle collaborates closely with pacific cacao framers to improve their processes so we can enjoy better chocolate. Beans are gently roasted in a Barth Sirocco ball roaster then ground in a vintage Lehmann melangeur and other machines. The end result is packaged in their custom made (award winning) box. See more
