Discovering Solstice Chocolate was a point in time that marked my discovery of bean to bar chocolate, via Brian Ruggles of the Utah Chocolate Society. This bar was the first bean to bar, bar that I heard of and DeAnn’s description of its taste blow my mind! I needed to know more and thus, this bar unlatched the start of my chocolate journey. It was many years (and many tastes of bean to bar chocolate), before I tasted this bar. I hope it gives you a special experience of decadent and rich chocolate fudge brownie with creamy caramel sauce, honeycomb, and hints of sweet pear that it gave me.” Jessica Tivendale
