Planet Cocoa

Pastry chef, Jeanette Macko, started Planet Cocoa in 2019.  A small-batch chocolate and artisan goods shop based in West Melbourne, she’s been creating bars with a mission to put a smile on your face – and it’s working. She used to make amazing cakes and now throws all her creative energy into making delicious chocolate bars.

Planet Cocoa make lots of “filled bars” containing layers (of yum).  Imagine a truffle chocolate with oozy caramel or rich gnash – Jeanette’s bars are like that but flat and look like a normal chocolate bar. They must be be a pain to make but she’s perfected the technique – then stir in some amazing creativity, Carrot cake chocolate anyone? It’s the craft chocolate version of some of your confection favourites (things like violet crumble, bounty etc.) but you’ll never want to go back to them.
